As young professionals, many of us are at a crossroads with our career. Are we doing what we love to do? Are we making as much as we thought we would? Am I successful?
Well does any of this matter? In this very compelling TED talk, Alain de Botton, the author of Pleasures and Sorrows of Work, explains how success should be personally defined…and how that can make your live more pleasurable.
